Dress Rehearsal Call Time Schedule
Use the link above to see when each class is called to arrive for their Dress Rehearsal onstage with their instructor. Classes have a specific call time, to allow them to arrive at the facility, check in, put their belongings in the green room, consult with our staff, and then wait in the Theatre for their run through on stage. Once they have run through all of their numbers, their instructor will let them know they can leave.
Use the link above to see every class broken down by class day, instructor, and performance number. Costume suggestions are meant to be relatively simple suggestive costumes you can piece together from pieces at home, or found at thrift stores such as Goodwill. Some families also borrow costumes and pieces from friends using social media posts, or rent costumes from local costume stores (Norcostco, Costumes Etc, Party City), or purchase online. Don't stress! You can keep with these basic ideas, or go as elaborate as you want!
Throughout the day, our staff will be offering complimentary Workshops to interested students not rehearsing on-stage at that time. Workshop schedule will be announced soon. Topics will include Shakespeare, Musical Theatre, HipHop, and Improv. Feel free to hang around before/after your dress rehearsal run through for some dramatic training!
Pre-Show and during Intermission you can send a note backstage to your favorite performer letting them know you're cheering them on, or you loved their performance! Cast Mail is $1 and will be available at the Gift Counter. Our staff will run your notes backstage for you!
We will be filming a Professional Recording of the performance. The Showcase DVD will feature all of the student performances as well as backstage footage. Parents are not permitted to film the Showcase with their own devices to ensure that everyone can see their child perform without a camera or ipad being held up in front of them. Digital Downloads are $21 and Showcase DVDs are $26 and can be ordered at the Gift Counter. A digital download link will be emailed to you, or a DVD mailed to your home, app. 8 weeks after the Showcase by Jason Huttinga Videography.
We will set up a photo area in the Harp Center Lobby for you to take headshots,
costume photos, or family photos with your star performer!
