Do you love bringing a sparkle to someone's eyes, making them feel like a million bucks, and helping them grow in their confidence & creativity? Want to spend your summer leading drama games, singing & dancing, making crafts, and overseeing fun activities like Talent Show, Wacky Wednesday, and Pajama Day?
Forefront Arts is hiring for friendly & enthusiastic individuals to join our summer camp at 15 sites through metro-Atlanta to lead week-long camps for kids in Musical Theatre, Acting, and Playwriting camps like K Pop Concert, Tangled Up, Incredible Action, and Seize the Day!
Jobs available include Camp Instructors and Camp Administration.
We are looking for high energy & kind individuals who love kids and love teaching the performing arts (Theatre, Acting, Improv, Dance, etc!) OR Education Majors / School Teachers who can bring their classroom experience into our camps & we'll teach you how to direct a theatre camp show!
Our summer camps are one week long M-F. The kids attend 9:30-3:30 and we have extended care available 7:45-5:30 if needed. They audition Monday morning and work on a 20-minute show or musical theatre revue all week to perform on Friday afternoon for their parents. In addition to show rehearsal there's lots of warmups, drama games, snack & lunch break, outside play, and each day has a daily theme (Pajama Day, Wacky Wednesday, Talent Show, etc).
We also have several part time positions available for the 2026-2027 school year teaching in preschools, after-school programs, and our conservatory music, theatre, and dance programs!

Want to spend a couple afternoons or evenings/week leading classes in Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Ballet/Jazz, or Creative Movement for preschoolers, kids or teens?
Forefront Arts is hiring for friendly & enthusiastic individuals to join our Teaching Artist team at 10 in-school sites through metro-Atlanta to lead daytime and/or after-school classes for kids & teens in Musical Theatre, Acting, Vocal Performance, Improv, Preschool Drama, or Dance (Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, or Creative Movement).
We are also hiring for Teaching Artists for our afternoon/evening Conservatory Programs in Acting, Vocal Performance, and Musical Theatre Dance with locations in Atlanta/Buckhead, Alpharetta/Johns Creek, and Woodstock/Hickory Flat
And if you have experience leading Theatre productions with kids or teens ~ we are hiring Assistant Directors and Production Assistants for our full-scale in-school Drama Club shows, and our conservatory MainStage Productions (The Wizard of Oz, Seussical, The Little Mermaid, etc).
If you love teaching Acting, Voice, or Dance, or have experience directing Theatre productions for kids & teens we would love to meet you!

About Us:
Forefront Arts is a mobile theatre company and performing arts studio serving ages 3-18. We have over 20 locations throughout metro ATL at schools, rec centers, preschools, art centers, synagogues and churches, as well as a thriving private lessons program. We offer dance, voice, & theatre classes, preschool programs, and full-scale MainStage productions. Each season we produce over 15 full-scale shows, serve over 1,200 families in our camps & classes, and make a difference one child at a time.
