Teen Programs
CIT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (Counselors-In-Training)
7th-12th graders are invited to participate in our CIT (Counselor-in-Training) program this summer! This is a great next step for students who have loved attending our summer camps but are now ready for a new summer challenge! Beginning with 2023, all leadership students must complete at least 1 CIT assignment in order to be offered an Internship the following year.
You'll participate in daily staff huddles as an active team member, coordinate drop-off & pick-up rotations, oversee leading some camp activities such as warmups and drama games, act as a buddy for campers needing some extra love & attention, serve as a stage manager during the Friday performance and overall assist the directors with bringing the camp show to life.
CIT positions are for one week at a time, Monday - Friday, 8 am-3:30 pm (or until the show is completed on Friday afternoon). You'll select your CIT dates on the camp registration form.
Tuition: $250 which includes your staff oversight from our directors, CIT staff shirts, and additional leadership resources & training provided by our team before your CIT week. At the end of the summer we will celebrate all of our CIT leaders with a special outing!

Acting & Improv Camps!
CHARLIE & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY – Students will love this comedic acting camp featuring Willy Wonka, Charlie, Veruca Salt, Mike TeaVee, Oompa Loompas, and more! They'll start each day with physical & vocal warmups, play drama games, work on their acting & performance skills, and put it all together for the show on Friday afternoon! This camp theme specifically focuses on character development, comedic acting, and making bold choices onstage, and there is no singing or dancing involved. Grab your golden ticket and join the fun!
In addition to working on the show, your camper will have a blast engaging in all of our camp theme days such as PJ Day, Talent Show, and Wacky Wednesday! All levels of experience are welcome.

WEDNESDAY & CO – Does your student love the new “Wednesday” show on Netflix, or the classic “Addams Family” movies or Broadway musical? Then this is the camp for them! They'll start each day with physical & vocal warmups, play drama games, work on their acting & performance skills, and put it all together for the show on Friday afternoon! This camp theme specifically focuses on character development, acting, and making bold choices onstage, and there is no singing or dancing involved.
In addition to working on the show, your camper will have a blast engaging in all of our camp theme days such as PJ Day, Talent Show, and Wacky Wednesday! All levels of experience are welcome.

WORLD OF WIZARDRY: CHAMBER OF SECRETS – Your invitation into the magical world of wizardry has arrived! Mystic and magic unite in our wizarding camp this year as we bring HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS to the stage! In this camp, students will learn about plot, rising action, falling action, and storytelling as they transform this beloved book into a play! They'll make their own sets and props and learn all the ropes of making a show come to life -- AND participate in some classic Hogwarts ceremonies. Because of the playwriting component of this theme, campers must be able to read & write fluently to be successful in this camp.

IMPROV & COMEDY – Got a class clown in your household? This is the camp for them! Improv & Comedy Camp covers all things related to comedic performing -- improv, drama games, comedic acting scenes, physical comedy, and more! Play improv games to flex your creative muscle. Discover how to *safely* do physical comedy bits like pie-in-your-face or walking-into-a-door. Create your own mime character. Learn to "find the funny" through basic clowning techniques and physical comedy. Put it all together for a comedy show on Friday!

Dance Camps!
Focus on dance training all week and perform in a Showcase on Friday!
DANCE CAMP JR – You'll have a great time playing movement games, learning warmups, working on your ballet, jazz, and hiphop dance techniques, and learning fun dance routines to age-appropriate popular songs from movies & the radio like TROLLS, ENCANTO, and LITTLE MERMAID! Show off everything you've learned in the Friday performance for family & friends!

BROADWAY NOW - TEEN MUSICAL THEATRE INTENSIVE – 5, 6, 7, 8! Calling all teens who love musical theatre and performing! You’ll work on your vocal, dance, and characterization skills as you rehearse & perform acting scenes & musical numbers from current or recent Broadway shows – SIX, Beetlejuice, Music Man, MJ, Moulin Rouge, Chicago, Hadestown, Waitress, and more! This is your chance to get some great upper-level training in a fun but focused environment, hang out with your theatre buddies for a week, and put on a fabulous show!
In addition to working on the show, your camper will have a blast engaging in all of our camp theme days such as PJ Day, Talent Show, and Wacky Wednesday!
This program will move at a fast pace so at least one year of previous dance or theatre training is recommended.

Musical Theatre Camps!
Our most popular camp option by far, our Musical Theatre camps are an AMAZING experience every summer!
Students will enjoy learning physical & vocal warmups, playing drama games, working on theatre performance techniques, and rehearsing all week for the big show on Friday! Auditions on Monday morning will determine individual roles for 3rd grade & up, (depending on the week & camp script 1st - 2nd graders may perform in Ensemble roles, or they may audition for small speaking parts) and everybody will perform in the big show together on Friday afternoon!
PreK-K campers will perform in the big show too in group roles to make their onstage debut!
THE LITTLE MERMAID – Experience a week “under the sea” in the world of musical theatre! Campers will enjoy learning physical & vocal warmups, playing theatre games, working on their acting, singing, and dancing skills, and rehearsing all week for the big show on Friday! Auditions on Monday morning will determine casting for each student, and everybody of all ages will perform in the big show together on Friday afternoon!
In addition to working on the show, your camper will have a blast engaging in all of our camp theme days such as PJ Day, Talent Show, and Wacky Wednesday! All levels of experience are welcome. Please plan on your camper being available to attend the full week in order to receive a role and perform in the show. Come “under the sea” with us this summer and be “part of our world”!

ALADDIN – Jump on a magic carpet ride for an amazing week of musical theatre camp! Campers will enjoy learning physical & vocal warmups, playing theatre games, working on their acting, singing, and dancing skills, and rehearsing all week for the big show on Friday! Auditions on Monday morning will determine casting for each student, and everybody of all ages will perform in the big show together on Friday afternoon!

MADRIGAL MAGIC – Experience a week with Mirabel, Bruno, Abuelo, and your other favorite Madrigal characters! Back by popular demand, last summer’s sold out camp is back for one more week of Encanto-inspired musical theatre fun!
Campers will enjoy learning physical & vocal warmups, playing theatre games, working on their acting, singing, and dancing skills, and rehearsing all week for the big show on Friday! Auditions on Monday morning will determine casting for each student, and everybody of all ages will perform in the big show together on Friday afternoon!

JOLLY HOLIDAY WITH MARY – What do you get when you combine a practically perfect nanny, a spoonful of sugar, some magic, and a bunch of dancing chimney sweeps? A musical theatre MARY POPPINS-inspired camp!
Campers will enjoy learning physical & vocal warmups, playing theatre games, working on their acting, singing, and dancing skills, and rehearsing all week for the big show on Friday! Auditions on Monday morning will determine casting for each student, and everybody of all ages will perform in the big show together on Friday afternoon!

MUSICAL MASHUP – It’s a musical theatre camp with the ultimate flexibility! Every day we’ll be focusing on a different musical and learning a scene & song from that show! You’re able to attend all 4 camp days (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri)? Great! You’ll be able to perform in every scene in the Friday camp show. Need to miss Monday cause you’ll be at the lake? Not a problem! We’ll plug you in to the new material whenever you can join us at camp!
Campers will enjoy learning physical & vocal warmups, playing theatre games, working on their acting, singing, and dancing skills, and learning a new number every day in preparation for the big show on Friday! Every day we’ll assign that day’s featured performance roles to the students in attendance, so no need for a big audition on Monday morning.
