Registration Options:

NOTE: if registering for a camp at NORTHSIDE UMC you MUST register through their system HERE.  
Forefront Arts cannot process camp registrations for camps held at our Buckhead camp location -- Northside UMC.  You will need to create an account with the NUMC registration system if you do not already have one.  The NUMC system will charge you full-price for any camps.  If you are owed any discounts (sibling, multiple weeks), please note that in the COMMENTS section of the form and the NUMC staff will reimburse your card the difference.

For all other camp locations, you have 2 options: 

1.  Register ONLINE via our secure online form and pay with credit/debit card (4% proc. fee will be added to your total)

Ages 3-5 Creative Dramatics group registration form

Grades 1-5 Primary & Performance groups registration form

Grades 6-8 Principal group registration form

Ages 13-20 Summer Stock registration form

2.  PRINT and MAIL your form with check.  (payment in full required)

Registrations will be processed in the order they are received.  If submitting your registration online you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email saying that your registration is in our system.  We will send an individualized confirmation email and receipt when your registration and payment have been processed by our staff.  Be sure to save "register@ForefrontArts.com" and "info@ForefrontArts.com" in your address book to make sure you receive our emails.

Registrations may take up to a week for us to process and confirm.  As long as you get the automatic confirmation email you'll know it's in our system and your child has a spot in the camp!
