IMPORTANT CAST INFO...
Dress Rehearsal / Cue-to-Cue
Each class will have a designated check-in time to arrive at Sutton Middle School.
Your class will check-in at the lobby while another group is rehearsing onstage. Parents should remain on-site with their child at all times.
Each class will have a designated onstage time with their instructor to practice their entrance and cues during the Dress Rehearsal before their Showcase performance. You'll have a chance to practice entering from backstage, finding your spot on stage, starting your song or scene, and how to bow and exit after your performance.
Students are required to attend their dress rehearsal with their class in order to perform in the Showcase.
Following your onstage time your instructor will dismiss you back to your parent's care and you are welcome to leave to eat, shop, explore the surrounding area, or you can stay with your parent to watch other groups rehearse.
Parents are responsible for supervising students when not onstage with their instructor. All performers must check-in backstage with their Class Backstage Parent 30 minutes before the performance to get ready!
Arrive at Dress Rehearsal already dressed in your costume. (If you have 2 costumes we'll let you know which one to wear first). Costume suggestions will be emailed to each class the week of April 18-22. In general we have kept costume suggestions very simple, with clothing you may already have at home. Please talk with your instructor about specific costume-related questions.
